F18S010U is a Linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) resin for blown film extrusion offering excellent processability with optimum balance of mechanical and optical properties. It has adequate level of slip and anti-blocking agent for good openability and slip characteristics of the film. It offers excellent drawdown capability for thinner gauge films. Its low gel count, resistance to leakage & pinholes, excellent sealing characteristics make it preferred choice for consumers in Industrial/ consumer packaging for various applications.

It is recommended for general purpose, heavy duty and liquid packaging in laminated/ non-laminated blown film applications.

Films made from EFDA-7087 have good toughness, high tensile strength and outstanding puncture resistance. EFDA-7087 contains high levels of slip and antiblocking agent. The product offers excellent draw down capability for thinner gauge film production. The films have good sealability and machinability for easy conversion on high-speed machines.

APPLICATIONS

EFDC-7050 is a linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) resin for tubular blown film extrusion. Films extruded from EFDC-7050 have good toughness and high tensile strength and puncture resistance. The product offers excellent draw down capability for making thinner gauge films. EFDC contains high levels of slip and antiblocking agent. Product Characteristics: Polysure F0218L is a 1-butene comonomer based Linear Low Density Polyethylene, produced by Gas Phase – UNIPOLTM PE technology and primarily suitable for Blown & Cast Film Extrusion Process. This grade does not contain Slip & Anti-block additives. Film produced with F0218L offers excellent optical, superior mechanical, tear resistance & good heat seal properties. F0218L to be manufactured complying the requirements specified in IS 10146 on “Specification for Polyethylene for its safe in contact with Foodstuff, Pharmaceutical & Drinking water”. Furthermore, the Additives added in this grade formulation compiles to the “Positive list of constituents for Polypropylene, Polyethylene and their Copolymers for its safe use in contact with Foodstuffs & Pharmaceuticals' as laid down under IS 16738:2018. In general, the additives & constituents used in the grade are in line with requirement laid down under FDA: CFR Title 21,177.1520, Olefin Polymers.

SABIC LLDPE M500026 Linear low density polyethylene for masterbatch compounding

SABIC LLDPE M500026 is a high flow linear low density polyethylene copolymer grade with a narrow molecular weight distribution.

Application - SABIC LLDPE M500026 resin is recommended for injection moulding masterbatch where a high filler acceptance is required, combined with a good flow.

Processing conditions - Typical moulding conditions for SABIC® LLDPE M500026 are: material temperature 180 - 230 °C (355 - 450 °F). Mechanical properties Test specimen is prepared from compression moulded sheet made according to ASTM D-1928, procedure C.
