Product Characteristics:
Polysure F0120L is a 1-butene comonomer based Linear Low Density Polyethylene, produced by Gas Phase – UNIPOLTM PE technology and primarily suitable for Blown Film Process. This grade contains Slip & Anti-block additives. Film produced with F0120L offers excellent optical, superior mechanical, tear resistance & good heat seal properties.

Linear Low Density Polyethylene Film
F18S010U is a Linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) resin for blown film extrusion offering excellent processability with optimum balance of mechanical and optical properties. It has adequate level of slip and anti-blocking agent for good openability and slip characteristics of the film. It offers excellent drawdown capability for thinner gauge films. Its low gel count, resistance to leakage & pinholes, excellent sealing characteristics make it preferred choice for consumers in Industrial/ consumer packaging for various applications.
It is recommended for general purpose, heavy duty and liquid packaging in laminated/ non-laminated blown film applications.

EFDC-7087 is a linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) resin for tubular blown film extrusion. Films made from EFDA-7087 have good toughness, high tensile strength and outstanding puncture resistance. EFDA-7087 contains high levels of slip and antiblocking agent. The product offers excellent draw down capability for thinner gauge film production. The films have good sealability and machinability for easy conversion on high-speed machines.
APPLICATIONS
EFDC-7087 is recommended for the manufacture of thin gauge liner films, garment bags and other industrial and consumer packaging applications requiring toughness and puncture resistance.

EFDC-7050 LLDPE Film Extrusion Resin
DESCRIPTION
EFDC-7050 is a linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) resin for tubular blown film extrusion. Films extruded from EFDC-7050 have good toughness and high tensile strength and puncture resistance. The product offers excellent draw down capability for making thinner gauge films. EFDC contains high levels of slip and antiblocking agent. It offers excellent sealing and machining characteristics for high-speed film converting operations.
APPLICATIONS
EFDC-7050 is recommended for the manufacture of thin gauge liner films, garment bags and films for other industrial, food packaging and other general-purpose applications requiring toughness and puncture resistance.

TYPICAL EXTRUSION CONDITIONS The typical melt temperatures for EFDA-7047 are in the range of 180 to 210 oC using die gaps of 1.8mm or greater. Temperatures may differ depending on the extrusion equipment, blend ratio of EFDA-7047 to LDPE and the type of film produced. FOOD CONTACT USAGE EFDA-7047 meets US FDA and EC regulations for food contact use. Specific certificates are available upon request. This material is packed and available in raffia bags with net content of 25.0 Kg only. The raffia bags used conforms to the minimum strength requirements of BIS, however, customer shall take due care while handling the bag. Prolonged exposure of these bags to sunlight may deteriorate the bag’s performance and cause spillage and wastage. IOCL does not warranty loss of material due to poor material handling practices.
Regulatory Information:
LLDPE 500M24A shall meet “Specification for Polyethylene for safe use in contact with Foodstuff, Pharmaceuticals and Drinking water” as per IS: 10146-1982. It also confirms to the positive list of constituents as per IS: 10141-1982. The grade and Additives incorporated shall meet with FDA: CFR Title 21, 177.1520, Olefin Polymers.
Storage & Handling:
Prevent LLDPE Material from direct exposure to sunlight & heat to avoid quality deterioration. The storage location should be dry, dust free and the Storage temperature should not exceed 50 oC. Non - compliance to these precautionary measures can lead to degradation of the product causing Color changes, Odor & inadequate product performance. It is advised to process LLDPE material within 06 months after delivery.

PROCESSING CONDITIONS The actual extrusion conditions will depend on type of equipment used and the size and wall thickness of the pipe required. Following conditions should be used as a guide for starting up the extruder. Barrel zone 180 – 210°C Die zone 190 – 210°C Please contact your local Borouge representative for specific recommendations for processing conditions.
STORAGE This product should be stored in dry conditions at temperature bellow 50°C and protected from UV-light. Improper storage can initiate degradation, which results in odour generation and colour changes and can have negative effects on physical properties of this product. More information on storage can be found in Safety Information Sheet (SIS) for this product. SAFETY LE2270 is not classified as a hazardous mixture. Dust and fines from the product carry a risk of dust explosion. All equipment should be properly earthed. Inhalation of dust should be avoided as it may cause irritation of the respiratory system.
