Advanced-PP 1101 SC is a polypropylene homopolymer fibre grade characterized by very high flowability, very narrow molecular weight distribution and medium crystallinity providing excellent and consistent process and product behaviour. Advanced-PP 1101 SC is especially suitable for the production fine titer spunbond nonwovens at high speed production lines used for hygiene application. The product comprises an Advanced-PP phenol free stabiliser package providing high gasfading resistance and inherent basic UV-stability.
The Grade Advanced-PP 1101SC and additives incorporated comply with United States FDA Regulation 21CFR 177.1520 Olefin Polymers and European Regulation (EU) 10/2011 (and its amendments 1282/2011 & 1183/2012). Specific information is available upon request.

PROCESSING CONDITIONS BD265MO is easy to process with standard injection moulding machines. Following parameters should be used as guidelines: Melt temperature: 220 - 260°C Holding pressure: 200 - 500bar As required to avoid sink marks Mould temperature: 10 - 40°C Injection speed: As high as possible Shrinkage 1 - 2%, depending on wall thickness and moulding parameters STORAGE BD265MO should be stored in dry conditions at temperatures below 50°C and protected from UV-light. Improper storage can initiate degradation, which results in odour generation and colour changes and can have negative effects on the physical properties of this product.
