◎ Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) WK-881 for CSD bottle grade
"WANKAI" Brand "WK881" PET resin bottle grade is TPA-based polyethylene terephthaliccopolymer.
It is a high molecular weight polymer for general use in manufacturing containers. It can be used in the production of making packing bottles for carbonated soft drink like cola and 3-gallon big bottles. .
Bottles made from WK881 resin can meet the requirement of high optical clarity and glossing, good barrier properties to oxygen, carbon dioxide and moisture. And prevent thepossible bottle cracking during transportation.

Drying Drying is necessary prior to the melt processing to prevent the resin from hydrolysis. Typical drying conditions are an air temperature of 160-175℃, 4-6 hours residence time.

SA135T is a high intrinsic viscosity copolymer resin which is suitably designed for CSD, Drinking water, Tea, Liquor, Edible oil, Cosmetics bottle applications as well as thermoformed sheet. For food applications, the resin is considered safe based upon compliance with The Japanese Ministry of Health and Welfare, Notification No. 201, 2006 (Ex. No. 370, 1959). The specialty resin offers good gas-barrier properties, and is tasteless and odorless, with high flavor retention and minimal flavor adsorption.

Because of its high barrier property and favorable processability, it is extensively used as the preferred material for packing bottles of drinking water, soft drinks, non-drinks, and chips, etc.
JADE CZ-302AL polyester chip is applicable for the packing bottles of various drinking water including purified water, natural mineral water and distilled water, sauce bottles, candy bottles and PET chips, etc. Rapid head absorption material is mixed, comparing with CZ-302, the process energy consumption is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved. Because unique process formula and production technique are used, this brand of product has a favorable processability, low processing temperature and wide processing range. MEGHNA PET GP1 Polyester Resin is a TPA-based Polyethylene Terephthalate copolymer resin designed for a
wide range of bottle applications. It is a high molecular weight polymer with an IV of 0.80 intrinsic viscosity
(IV).
MEGHNA PET GP1 Polyester Resin designed to provide highly desirable container properties. These include
high clarity and sparkle, high strength and toughness, and good barrier properties.
MEGHNA PET GP1 Polyester Resin designed with a special catalyst and stabilizer system that offers property
retention during processing. This superior stability also enables use of the required drying conditions without
affecting color or molecular weight.
The following table provides the Parameters that characterize the grade.
Minor differences around this typical value will not detract from the performance of the product.
All Parameters are measured, under laboratory conditions, by the MPL analytical method shown.
Different methods or conditions of analysis may give rise to different values. Purchased material may be

WARRANTY
10/2011, EC Directives 94/62/EC and the CONEG regulations for Heavy metal content will receive after start
of Production.
Drying
Thermoplastic polyesters such as MEGHNA PET GP1 Polyester Resin can undergo hydrolysis if moisture not
eliminated prior to injection, molding leads to a decrease in molecular weight and loss in mechanical properties
of the bottle, particularly top load performance and impact strength. Moisture content of the resin must be
reduced to a level of 0.003% (30ppm) or less, prior to melt processing. Drying is best accomplished in a
continuous high heat dehumidifying type air hopper dryer with a regenerative desiccant bed using -20°F max
(-29°C max) dew point air. Typical drying conditions are an air temperature of 350°F (175°C), 4-6 hours
residence time and a minimum airflow rate of 1.0 ft3 per minute per pound of polymer consumed per hour.
